Pauls Lock was founded by Paul Jamieson in 1965 when he settled in Barrie, Ontario after leaving his job with Reilly’s in Toronto. Paul had fallen ill to cancer and passed away in 2002. His wife Anna Jamieson and daughter Ruth, were struggling to operate the company without Paul and in 2004 Carmine, now owner of Reillys, purchased the business. Andre Paquette who was on the team for 13 years at Reilly’s was eager for an opportunity in ownership and was included in the Paul’s Lock purchase
